Mobile Satellite Dish: The satellite dish, being used at TeknoSAT Mobile satellite internet service, is a hardware in practical size and lightness, with two-way (download (data receiving) /upload (data transmission)) connection feature, specially being designed for internet access by receiving the signals being transmitted from satellite, then transmitting to the required directions. The said antenna, with its radius of 74 cm, and with its light structure, is mountable on any type of vehicle.
In TeknoSAT Mobile internet service, the antenna does not identify the incoming signals from the satellite, and the vehicle, on which it is mounted, is to be parked for the antenna to be opened up, and to detect the incoming signals.
Receiver (LNB) / Transmitter (ODU): These are the receiver/transmitter units, providing frequency circuit and data exchange by concentrating the signals incoming to the flat surface of the satellite dish at a single point, then transmitting to the internal modem.
Satellite Modem: The device is a hardware for indoor operations. The said device is usable for both fixed, and mobile applications. This hardware is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
Regulator: All software and equipment adjustments are made on the regulator device. Any problem at the devices, and any type of information as per the system status are screened via the regulator. Such processes as finding the antenna direction, designating the antenna position (on/off), modem settings, signal powers, polarization test, and software updates are all executed on this device.
For the operation of the system, the satellite dish and the modem are connected with each other via RG type cables.
